Explaining spa services and products to customers in order to help them make informed decisions about their treatments.
-Interacting with clients throughout their stay to ensure they have an enjoyable experience.
-Scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and registering them for treatments in accordance with company policies and procedures
-Processing payments by accepting credit cards from customers or collecting cash from them at the time of service.
-Taking notes during client meetings to doent important information about their preferences and needs.
-Suggesting & selling products to use at home to maintain results after leaving the spa.
-Helping clients relax by providing them with beverages during treatments or in between services.
-Responsible for replying to customer inquiries via social media (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp).
-Following up with clients after cancellation or no-show to reschedule the treatments for them.
-Upsell extra services for the clients.
-Ensuring that all spa treatments are performed in a safe manner, by following established procedures and guidelines.
-Handling all paperwork and stock control.
Requirements:
Excellent English is a must (Mandatory)
Excellent experience in Microsoft Excel.
At least 2 years' experience in s center in the UAE is Mandatory.
Honest.
Patient with strong personality.
Flexible to deal with all types of clients.
Salary depending on experience
