Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled Architect and Interior Designer with excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the latest architectural design software and possess extensive experience in designing residential interiors . The role requires a creative individual with strong project management skills and the ability to lead and communicate effectively.
Job Description:-
-Conceptualize Architectural design / ID shop drawing , Material Submittal, samples and mock ups as per project drawing specifications.
-Attend the finishes review meeting and successfully handle any finishing-related item in close coordination with RE till the final approval and providing the necessary records
-Handling contract request for inspection in accordance with approved material and shop drawing
-Providing architectural site details, sketches whenever required and as directed by the project R.E.
- Be able to respond to Architectural RFI issued by the contractor in a professional way providing the best technical solution with minimal contractual implication.
-Able to provide snag list and to attend the de-snagging at project close out stage.
-Develop and execute interior design concepts.
-Collaborate with contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Create detailed design plans, specifications, and material selections.
-Prepare design presentations ,broachers and proposals
-Source furniture, fixtures, and equipment to meet project requirements.
-Oversee the installation and completion of interior design projects
Technical Skills and Qualifications
-Proficient in AutoCAD, 3DMax ,Lumion, VRay, SketchUp, Illustrator, and Photoshop
-.Ability to create Bills of Quantity (BOQ) when required.
-Coordinate materials and costing as needed.
-Conduct site surveys and measurements, as well as provide site supervision when necessary.
-Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Accreditation from the Dubai Municipality (DM) is an advantage.
• 3-5 years of proven working experience as an architect in the UAE.
• Previous experience in a Interior or Contracting Company.
• Has a UAE driving license.
