JOHNRHEE AUTOMOTIVE W.L.L, a sister concern of BORGROLLSWARNER Middle East LLC (BRW) is seeking an enthusiastic and result driven Area Sales Manager for our Bahrain Branch. As an Area Sales Manager you will be responsible in driving sales and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
•Implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the region
•Enhance our customer base by acquiring potential clients and maintain strong relationship with existing client base by ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
•Upgrade your knowledge on the current market trends with proper market research and make informed business decisions
•Collaborate with the marketing department to create effective promotional strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility
Educational Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree / MBA (an added advantage not a must) with strong Sales & Marketing knowledge.
Requirements
•Excellent interpersonal & communication skill (Proficiency in Arabic will be an added advantage)
•A proven track record in a similar role with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Truck, Trailer and construction machinery spare parts in the Bahrain Region.
•Be an excellent Team player who is self-motivated, reliable and coachable
