Job Description:
you will be responsible for overseeing the visual aspects of all creative projects. You will lead a team of designers, work closely with clients and stakeholders, and ensure that all design work aligns with the brand’s identity and vision. Your role will be to inspire creativity, ensure high-quality output, and deliver visually stunning campaigns that resonate with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the creative team in the development and execution of design concepts for various campaigns, including digital, print, and multimedia.
Collaborate with clients, marketing teams, and creative directors to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visual strategies.
Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring all work meets the highest quality standards.
Provide creative direction and feedback to designers, illustrators, photographers, and other creatives involved in projects.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials, adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring cohesive design language.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new design practices to keep our work innovative and competitive.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Present design concepts and campaigns to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating the creative vision and strategy.
Mentor and develop junior designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and your ability to lead design teams.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate creative concepts.
Experience in working with clients and presenting creative ideas.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on time.
Experience in motion graphics, video production, or web design is a plus.
