Key Deliverables
•Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to support IW objectives.
•Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
•Oversee the implementation and maintenance of software systems, including business applications, communication tools, and collaboration platforms.
•Project management
•Softwa vendor management
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify IT requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
•Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices for information security.
•Manage IT budgets and expenses, optimizing spending to achieve cost-effective solutions.
•Lead and mentor IT staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
•Experience in IT for 8-10 years, preferably in a startup or small business environment.
•Must possess software application knowledge including but not limited to ERP configurati experience, logistics operational system, integration expertise
•Hands on project management experience to device project plan, execute and monitor with multiple stakeholders
•Experience in softwa vendor management
•Software product development expertise including design, develop M versions will be an added advantage
•Good communication skills
•Position is open for Kuwait residents and overseas candidates from India
