We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success and growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising staff members, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, maximize revenue, and enhance profitability.
Maintain a positive and professional working environment by fostering teamwork, resolving conflicts, and promoting employee morale and engagement.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales trends, customer feedback, and staff productivity, and take appropriate actions to address areas for improvement.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards to provide a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
Assist in developing and executing marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager or senior management
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail, hospitality, or service industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Knowledge of Dubai's business environment, regulations, and cultural nuances is preferred.
Fluency in English is required
