Chai Digital is seeking an experienced Account Manager in Dubai.
We are a fast-growing social media marketing agency, based in Dubai, looking for a highly motivated and experienced account manager to join our team.
As an account manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for social media and advertising, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and delivering on their goals and objectives
· Develop and implement successful social media advertising campaigns for clients, utilizing various platforms and strategies, understanding the way users use the social media platforms and what motivates them to take action
· Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making recommendations for optimization and improvements
· Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality results for clients
· Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technology, identifying new opportunities for growth and revenue
· Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and recommendations to clients
Requirements:
· 2+ years of experience in account management in a social media advertising agency or related field
· Strong understanding of social media platforms and advertising strategies
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
· Fluency in written English with impeccable grammar and a conversational style
· Have a high commitment to excellence and eye for details, ensuring activities are performed exactly as agreed
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications is an advantage
