Responsibilities:
•Actively prospect, qualify, and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
•Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, effectively showcasing the features and benefits of our offerings.
•Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions, demonstrating a deep understanding of our produc and their value proposition.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
•Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the customer and the company.
•Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently striving for sales growth and business expansion.
•Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
•Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
•Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed sales decisions.
•Results-driven with a strong customer focus and a passion for achieving targets.
•Familiarity with the Qatar market and an understanding of industry trends.
•Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
