We are in search of a motivated Assistant Sales Manager who will play a crucial role in driving revenue generation from exhibitions, delegate sales and sponsorship sales. The Assistant Sales Manager will assist the Sales Manager in leading sales efforts, managing teams and achieving ambitious targets.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Revenue Enhancement: Assist Sales Manager in developing and executing effective sales strategies that
consistently exceed targets, with a primary focus on boosting revenue across exhibitions, delegate sales, and
sponsorships.
•Team Support: Collaborate with sales team to ensure consistent progress towards exceeding objectives, always
prioritizing revenue generation across all the sales effort.
•Target Accomplishment: Attain both individual and team sales target by ensuring support wherever required.
•Partnership Building: Contribute to the cultivation of valuable relationships with exhibitors, sponsors and clients,
aiding in securing bookings and partnerships that drive revenue maximization.
•Promotional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing department to create compelling value propositions and
persuasive promotional materials, amplifying the revenue potential.
•Audience Attraction: Support in formulating innovative strategies to attract diverse delegates to our events,
strategically increasing both participation and revenue.
•Networking and Expansion: Assist in forging strategic associations and partnerships that broaden delegate reach
and sponsorship opportunities, ultimately fueling revenue growth.
•Strategic Sponsorship Tailoring: Contribute to the customization of sponsorship packages to provide maximum value
to sponsors, strategically enhancing revenue streams.
•Collaborative Excellence: Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure fulfillment of commitments, nurture sponsor
satisfaction, and achieve revenue targets.
•Event Representation: Assist in representing iCONEX at industry events, contributing to the establishment of
valuable connections that drive enhanced revenue generation.
•Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales progress, pipeline development and revenue forecasts to
facilitate precise planning.
