As an Associate Direct manager, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Extensive experience in Robotic Process Automation, IT strategy, IT architecture, Engineering process, Application and Infrastructure portfolio analysis and rationalization, Business Process & Policies Advisory, Cloud Technology.
Implementing specific application sets from vendors such as SAP or Oracle
Experience in practice development, proposals development, client portfolio management, revenue & recovery and proven with execution of revenue size. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients
Actively involved in business and Product development activities to help identify and research opportunities on n clients and new produc
Managing various Assignments, including most or all of below
Digital Strategy and Transformation
Technology transformation
Technology strategy and digital foundation design
Technology capability assessment
Technology operating model design
Technology governance
IT Technology organization design
Infrastructure technical strategy and architecture including. Cloud strategy, architecture and migration, Service resiliency including business continuity services and data center and disaster recovery services, Network, computer and storage design and architecture Connected business services and Infrastructure operations services
Technology implementation support
Enterprise application implementation
Analytics consulting services
Contribute to the development of the team’s technical acumen
Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
Work closely with external clients to collaborate and finalize the engagement
Establish overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business
Condu in training, forums and seminars on behalf of the firm
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing portfolio
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new development in automation and competition status
