Job Description
•Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
•Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
•Make sure that client's needs are met as projects evolve.
•Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers.
•Be a proactive player - Plan and manage team goals, project schedules, and new information.
•Assisting with resource allocation and planning so, that team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks.
•Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
•Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored.
Qualifications:
Essentials
•Min 5 years of work experience in a similar industry with an Engineering background
•Excellent understanding of all audio, video, lighting and control system products & technologies.
•Hands-on working knowledge of all audio, video, lighting, control, and data signal types and distribution methods.
•Having a valid UAE Driving License
