Job Description

Accounts Executive: ·       Produce error-free accounting reports and present results. ·       Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports including cash flows. ·       Perform day to day accounting activities including General ledger maintenance and recording of business transactions ·       Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule. ·       Assist with tax audits and tax returns. ·       Liaise with external auditors and assist in preparation of audit schedules. ·       Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options. ·       Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. ·       Support month-end and year-end close process ·       Proactively identify areas for business improvement or insights. Carry out analysis and make recommendations on potential improvements. ·       Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software ·       Has strong verbal and written communication skills, to effectively present to peers and management. Audit Executive: ·       In-depth understanding of auditing and control practices. ·       Present audit findings and find ways to increase compliance and efficiency. ·       Has the ability to work independently, with limited required direction and guidance, and provide appropriate direction to other internal audit project team members ·       Prepares audit working papers, minutes of meetings and other relevant documentation; ·       Maintenance of internal client relationships and regular interaction with the business to assess changes in the control environment and other matters arising in the business. ·       Complying with government, and local legal requirements. Enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions and assisting with setting up of appropriate systems and processes.
