We are seeking a highly skilled AutoCAD drafting and 3D Modeling Expert to join our team, specialising in land surveying services. This is a hybrid role in Dubai. If you have a passion for precision and experience in drafting, modelling, and volume calculations, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
AutoCAD drafting for land surveying and architectural projects.
As-made drafting for completed construction projects.
Volume and amount calculations to support survey data analysis.
Facade and interior drafting for building and architectural elements.
Converting 3D point cloud data to DWG, Revit, and Solidworks models.
Collaborate with the team using TBS (Trimble Business Center) and Excel for data processing.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Drafting and 3D Modelling.
Expert in Land surveying-related drafting and data processing.
Familiarity with Trimble Business Center (TBS) tools.
Strong skills in Excel for calculations and reporting.
Fluent in English ( Arabic is a plus)
Must based in Dubai, with the ability to work remotely as needed.
