Education
Bachelor's degree
or equivalent experience
Experience:
5 years or more in any of the major brands like Nissan, Volvo, Infinity, BMW, Chevy, Audi, Ford, Volkswagen, Chrysler, etc.

Responsibilities
Manage staff and assign duties
Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales
Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
Develop and implement marketing strategies
Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
Determine staffing requirements
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Evaluate customer service and store environments
Enforce policies and procedures
Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts
Ensure proper functioning of equipment
Ensure hygiene and sanitation practices conform to policies and regulations
Delegate work to office support staff
Maintain internal record-keeping system
Address customers' complaints or concerns
