Job Description:
We are seeking a Backend Support Specialist to manage and upload product descriptions to our ERP system. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely updates to our product database, supporting the overall operations of our trading company.
Key Responsibilities:
Upload product descriptions and specifications into the ERP system.
Ensure all product information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
Coordinate with the product and sales teams to gather necessary product details.
Monitor and maintain the integrity of the product database.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to product uploads.
Assist in the development and implementation of ERP system improvements.
Provide general backend support to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in backend support or a similar role.
Familiarity with ERP systems and database management.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the trading or procurement industry.
Knowledge of product information management systems.
