Uses the Work Winning process and tools, guiding the team through the process.
Actively liaise with Clients agent and Business Development Manager to establish client requirements.
Ensure full coordination across Design, Commercial and Project operations Team.
Implement control techniques, bid program and apply corrective action wherever necessary
Schedule and initiate kick-off meeting for every bid opportunity with relevant parties to initiate the submission preparation process
Graphic design and layout of bids utilizing Adobe and InDesign
Experienced with Pre-contract and post-contract preparation including review of terms and conditions for Clients and subcontractors and monitoring and invoice preparation for various stages.
Managing all review stage gates including pink team review & red team review (technical) and green team review (commercial) and gold team review (ready for submission).
Maintain client database and target new opportunities
Prepare, support and coordinate submission activities for multi-million proposals Strategic planning and research for bid responses
Liaises with a graphic designer on the design of the proposal where required.
Completes Expressions of Interest and Pre-qualification documentation, liaising with the technical team where appropriate.
Support services for the HortonTech team

To be Successful:
At least 4 years experience above role
Industry experience in Interior Fit-out
Be technically driven with outstanding attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and really 'own the role'
CRM knowledge would be an advantage
Excellent writing, editing, grammar and presentation skills
