•Manage the Yacht booking system, large number of inquiries and text messages online for Yacht Private and Sharing booking.
•Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
•Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
•Willing to assist customers if there are any last-minute bookings during the weekend.
•Handles customer complaints and provides appropriate solutions and alternatives promptly.
•Follow up with customers to ensure resolution.
•Coordinate with different operations departments.
•Perform administrative tasks, keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and data entry, file doents, and record-keeping.
•Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements:
•Proven booki experience is preferred minimum of ONE year.
•Must speak Chinese and English (other languages are a plus)
•Well-presented and with a good work ethic.
•Positive attitude, Willing to learn and can-do attitude.
•Good customer service skills.
•Good organizational skills.
•Good negotiation and communication skills.
•Working knowledge of computers, such as MS Office.

Salary: Start from AED2,500.00 with Commission (per month)
