Sal Supervisor (Furniture)
Reports to: Branch Manager
Job Purpose: The Sal Supervisor is responsible for managing the sales team and overseeing daily operations of the showroom to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services to high-end customers. The Supervisor will provide guidance and support to the sales team, including coaching and training, to promote sales growth and meet revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the luxury furniture showroom, including scheduling and task delegation.
Train and coach sales team members on sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge to enhance their performance.
Work with the Branch Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics, such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer satisfaction, and report findings to the Branch Manager.
Ensure that the showroom is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing at all times.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote customer loyalty and repeat business.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide customers with accurate and timely information.
Create purchase order for the customization order of the customers.
Willing to go extra-mile for the business.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a luxury furniture retail environment.
Arabic speaking is a must.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of furniture products and trends will be a plus.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends & Public holidays.
