Key Roles and Responsibilities:
-Develop and ensure implementation of the Marketing Function’s policies & procedures and follow up their implementation in order to achieve the function‘s objectives.
-Manage the execution of approved Marketing & strategies and plans on a day-to-day basis and measure their effectiveness as well as provide support and collaboration to all Business Divisions on all communication activities including events, new launches, & sponsorship opportunities etc.
-Provide high support in coverage for new partnerships, exhibitions and sponsorship opportunities as well as recommend collaborations opportunities.
-Manage the placement of advertisements including the production of printed promotional materials, catalogues and brochures guides to promote our brands.
-Manage the development and implementation of media kit including press release, publications and integrated marketing campaigns (branding, awareness, and promotional campaigns, etc.)
-Provide analysis on current communication trends, media competitive analysis and agencies scope of services.
-Build Annual Business Plan with the department Head and Principal to reflect brand positioning.
-Assist in pricing within the brand and margin strategy.
-Develop internal and external relationships where necessary to benefit the Business.
-Negotiate positioning of brand, including product ranges, development, pricing and competitiveness.
-Assist for phasing, allocation, replenishment and promotional stock needs.
-Assist in the effective management of brand workforce.
-Prepare brand performance reports.

-Ensure that the brand message is consistent.
