Business Administration Executive (for Marine Services Company)
We are looking for a self-motivated business administrator with strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of business operations to facilitate and optimize our business processes.
The business administrator’s duties will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business. Analyzing, and facilitating financial operations, approving purchases and expenditures, mediating between staff and other executives, appointing heads of departments or any required staff members, marketing and promoting the business, and facilitating training programs if required. Leading department meetings and communicating with upper management to implement new policies and procedures among daily operations. Ultimately, the outstanding business administrator should integrate and streamline business activities, achieve business goals through set strategies, and have a positive impact on the company and the staff productivity.

Job Responsibilities:
Plan strategies for streamlining and improving business operations
Oversee day-to-day business activities.
Drive and supervise positive business growth.
Detects wastage and improves efficiency.
Oversee and manage budget activities.
Reorganize or hire staff to expand operations in collaboration with the relevant team members
Handle business finances and plan the budget with the help of relevant team members
Negotiate vendor contracts to identify cost-saving opportunities
Introduce and implement innovative short and long-term business goals.
Liaise and consult with clients, staff, and suppliers.
Evaluate and enhance employee performance.
Improve business programs, technologies, and policies.
Negotiate and approve agreements with internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate with external stakeholders such as suppliers and government entities.
Qualification Requirements:
Business admin degree or equivalent.
