Job Responsibilities:-
1. Client acquisition and business development by dire international real estate sales.
2. Offer customized portfolio solutions to NRI local clients based on their ri and liquidity profile.
3. Maximize revenue generation and lead closures by using social and public media marketing campaigns.
4. Identifying customers, giving presentations and closing deals independently.
5. Transaction management and deal closure from sourcing to ROI generation.
6. Develop Square Yards as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies.
7. Meeting NRI clients & giving investment solutions & designing portfolios for them.
8. Strong client focus including pre and post sales services for long term wealth retention.
Salary: RO 350.000 - RO500.000 per month
