Responsibilities:
1. Broad knowledge of corporate services industry (Mainland, Free Zones, Offshore).
2. Dealing with new clients and providers.
3. Ability to develop and implement complex projects, including establishme of various entities in the UAE (LLC, Sole Establishment, Civil Company, FZE, LTD, Foundations, Trusts, DIFC&ADGM Regulated Entitles).
4. Obtaining necessary External Approvals for regulated business activities.
5. Comprehensive assistance with bank account opening (Corporate and Personal).
6. Managing existing clients and their ongoing requirements.
7. Drafting of various legal doents.
COMPENSATION:
Salary: AED 14,000-17,000

3+ years of experience in a similar role
Basic knowledge of VAT
Extensive knowledge of ESR, NER, GOAML, Tax Residence
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Must have experience working in Business Setup Consultancies in the UAE
