We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive from the recruitment and staffing industry to help us expand our clientele in the field of IT or Non-IT from any sector is welcome. You will be at the forefront of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s produc addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Keep records of sales, generate revenue & Profits also Responsible for the Collection of Payments on Time, Timely raising the invoices in coordination with the Accounts Team etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
Within 3 months of joining Needs to have a Business Margin 2 times of Salary Drawing from IDC ABA
Requirements and skills
Proven working experience 2 Years and Above as a business development Executive, Sales Associate or in a relevant Industry Recruitment & Staffing from IT Or Non-IT Segment both are welcome
Target oriented person
Proven sales track record
Experience in customer support is a Must
Proficiency in MS Office is a must
Proficiency in English
Market knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Generate Leads, Timely Follow up
Time management and planning skills
Graduated from in any stream BCom, BA, BSC ETC
Remuneration Package Offered by IDC ABA
6K AED to 7K AED Depend on the Experience and potential Clientele Base
Incentives & Commission - As per company policy
