We are looking for an outcome focused business development executive with a positive attitude who can contribute to the growth of our group of companies. As a successful Business development executive you will provide exceptional service and strengthen established client relationships with our prestigious list of existing clients. Retaining business and leveraging the positive relationship into additional business in addition to sourcing new business opportunities is critical for the success of this role.
Responsibilities:
•Build and maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
•Providing exceptional service and being the central focal point for clients requests and needs.
•Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
•Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
•Crafting business proposals demonstrating the value of our services.
•Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
•Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
•Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
•Support to resolve any concerns or extraordinary requests from our key account clients.
Requirements:
•Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
•Minimum 3 years sales and or BD experience in the UAE.
•Exceptional people skills and rapport builder.
•Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting produc to solve problems.
•Organized and takes ownership to deliver outcomes.
•Professional, well-groomed appearance.
•Great networking skills.
•Excellent written and verbal communication.
•Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
•UAE driving license and a car (preferable).
