*Objectives of this role:*
- Represent the company’s products and services, leveraging consumer research and in-depth knowledge to meet customer needs.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
- Generate leads and build relationships by organizing a daily work schedule to connect with existing and potential customers.
- Develop and execute a territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis, adjusting sales techniques based on field interactions and results.
*Responsibilities:*
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional service and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business across all service categories.
- Prepare proposals, book packages, and complete necessary doentation for executive-level presentations.
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process, often including product demos and presentations.
- Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure quotas are met and company standards are upheld.
Minimum of 2 years of proven and successful experience in selling medical, respiratory, airway, and surgical consumables.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or Healthcare.
In-depth understanding of medical consumables, healthcare products, and industry trends.
Familiarity with the regulatory environment and standards governing medical supplies.
Valid UAE driving license is a prerequisite.
Established and extensive contacts within medical procurement departments in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Proven ability to negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
Collaborative spirit to work effectively with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development.
Familiarity with sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Capability to deliver compelling and persuasive presentations to potential clients.
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of the healthcare landscape, market dynamics, and key players in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
