Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, assess trends, and analyze competitors.
Build and manage a sales pipeline to promote services and convert leads into clients.
Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and digital platforms.
Develop and present tailored proposals to clients, and close deals.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client needs and deliver customized solutions that meet their objectives.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
Negotiate terms and successfully close deals to meet sales goals.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and business development activities.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, specifically in advertising or marketing agencies, is required.
· A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
· Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
· Highly motivated and goal oriented.
