We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a proven track record in the travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UAE market and the ability to bring in business from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and achieve sales targets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential partners.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the travel and tourism sector.
· Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on travel packages, destinations, and services.
· Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
· Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the travel and tourism industry in the UAE.
· Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and bring in business independently.
· Strong knowledge of the UAE travel market and industry trends.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
· Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
