We are looking for an experienced and dedicated BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE. This person should identify, evaluates, and pursues business opportunities with partners or potential customers. should coordinates and negotiates with other departments to implement marketing initiatives.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
•Responsible for meeting sales volume and revenue goals and standards for activity
•Maintains close relationship with existing clients and knows how to acquire new customer, retails and expands existing customer relationships
•Develops Sales of products and services by investigating and resolving customer problems, recommends modifications to the produ line, and coordinates sales negotiations with appropriate personnel.
•Typically reports directly to the manager
•Supervised a small group of staff – Sales and Marketing Staff
•Contact other companies and plan a way to promote products
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
•At least 2-3 Years’ Business Development, Sales and Marketing work experience, have managed at least 5 staffs.
•Have worked with Building Material Industry
•Graduated from Colle on Marketing, Management or Business Management, or any related courseUAE Driver’s License is preferred
•Excellent in verbal and written English communication skills
•Strong problem-solving skills
•Multi-tasker, Detail oriented and highly organized
•Strong knowledge with Microsoft tools; especially WORD and EXCEL
•Accounti work knowledge
•Have the ability to solve problems independently and experience in managing teams.
