At EZ, we are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Associate winning Projects for us),
where you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and revenue streams. You will be
responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong client
relationships, and promoting our market research service line. This role requires a strategic
thinker with a deep understanding of market research and a proven track record
in business development.
Following are the responsibilities:
1. Proven Client-Facing Experience: Demonstrated success in client-facing roles, preferably in
business development within the region.
2. Strategic Growth Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the
company's customer base, market presence, and revenue streams.
3. Opportunity Identification: Conduct research to pinpoint potential business opportunities,
partnerships, clients, and markets. Evaluate their viability and alignment with the company's
objectives.
4. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with existing and
potential clients, comprehend their needs, and propose appropriate produc to meet
those requirements.
5. Sales and Revenue Generation: Propel sales initiatives, engage in contract negotiations, and
secure deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Formulate pricing strategies to optimize profits.
6. Market Analysis and Research: Scrutinize market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Provide insights and recommendations to inform decision-making.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product
development, and finance, to develop comprehensive strategies and ensure alignment.
8. Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and
key metrics. Leverage data analysis to refine strategies and enhance outcomes.


Candidate Requirements

1. A bachelor’s degree or an MBA.
2. Availability for face-to-face client meetings, conferences, and engagements within the
region.
3. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in related fields.
4. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Must have your own Vehicle.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
