- The Business Development Executive's primary role is to generate new business revenue and maximize sales revenues from both existing and new clients.
- Provide marketing, sales and customer service support for regional sales by identifying opportunities to up-sell and maximize our customer share.

- Collect market / competitor intelligence to indicate future company strategy.
- Search and communicate with architectural design institute.
- Co-ordination with factories for shipme schedule

- Any other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
We are looking for a result-orientated and driven person, ideally from within an on-line information marketplace with at least 5 years’ experience of business developme service in building material industry.
Degree Holder, Major in Business Management
The candidate must have strong communication skills in English and must be:
- Autonomous
- Willingness to learn and determination to succeed
- A creative and proactive approach to selling
- Excellent communication, presentation and selling skills, with attention to detail
- Experience in dealing with local companies and MNCs across multiple industries
- Experience in managing the SFDC
- It is better to speak Mandarin. (Nice to have)
- Multi-task, versatile, well organized
