KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create new sales (INTERIOR DESIGN / FIT OUT & MEP ) and marketing strategies that target B2C & B2B
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in accordance with the business plan
Organizing the site visits with clients based on the enquiries
Make necessary preparations before the site visit (e.g. Questionnaires)
Proper requirement gathering & scope preparation
Preparation of project proposals & quotations
Follow-ups, negotiations, and closing of sales
Risk identification & reporting BOQ preparation based on the requirement gathered, risks identified & scope of work.
Prepare sales plan & submit weekly reports to the Management
Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction to get repeat business
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical)
- Must have 2 years of Sales & Marketing experience in the Interior Design / Fit-Out & MEP
- Must have good client contacts
- Must have a valid UAE driving license and preferably own car
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Language- English (Required)
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Basic Salary + Commission based on achieving the sales target
