We are looking to recruit a Real Estate or Business Development Associate based in Dubai to help us find apartments according to Bench Mark Homes specifications and standards. You will focus on visiting selected areas in the city to identify the right housing for on-boarding in order to grow further our business in the local market.
The company will support the business development and client relationship management activities for Bench Mark Portfolio. The overall goal is to support the business strategy through client pipeline generation in-order to meet sales and asset targets.
You will work closely with senior leadership to implement winning strategies for acquiring a highly desirable residential asset to be managed as Luxury Holiday Homes.
Responsibilities:
Ø Manage and expand the existing network of landlords, by generating leads through offline channels and build the pipeline to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets of the asset portfolio.
Ø Generate leads and market activity to position Bench mark Homes for strategic opportunities in the luxury homes sector especially focusing on prime locations in Dubai.
Ø Research target markets as part of the development and implementation of an overall marketing plan.
Ø Implement strategic initiatives to advance business development function within markets of focus and achieve sales goals.
Ø Study, classify, analyze asset class to make rental projections based on performance potential on a short-term portfolio.
Ø Develop and maintain a strategic relationship with homeowners and address their concerns in a timely manner.
Ø Work on bulk unit deals to give the company's asset portfolio a quicker runway.
