We are looking for a competent, motivated, ambitious and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join GTM team of our Sharjah based client, who is very reputed consulting organization of UAE.
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead Generation, Lead management and lead qualification
Source and work customer referrals
Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads followed by a scheduled appointments
Set and manage sales goals and quotas
Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
Set and manage sales goals and quotas
Manage the entire sales cycle
Build strong client relationships
Identify opportunities to up-see and cross-sell
Learn new product and services features and benefits
Provide professional after-sales support
Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer success and satisfaction
Prepare and present reports on KPIs
Requirements and Qualifications
Impeccable customer service skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
Motivated, driven attitude
Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude
Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation
Expert in time management
Organized work ethic
Proven track record in fast pace sales environment
Ability to meet a exceed monthly and quarterly sales goal
Working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.
UAE Driving License
Nice to have
Experience in selling financial products like loan, mortgage, credit card etc. in UAE market.
Degree / Diploma in Sales or Marketing
