Job Description:
Pier Seven Aviation FZC is into Aircraft Simulator Training Business. We currently have an exciting new position for a Business Development Manager to join Pier Seven Aviation FZC in Shariah UAE.
This position is focused on securing new business aviation training from prospective and current large accounts in an effort to meet sales objectives through solution based selling. The job holder is responsible for securing new business and supporting the sales team to deliver improved business volumes and yield, whilst also meeting the revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain current client relationship and identifying areas for potential clients
• Contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship and meet with them
• Develop new sales areas and improving sales through various methods
• Research the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business
• Collaborate with sales and design team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals
• Train junior salespeople to improve sales goals and meet expectations
• Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive
• Provide week sales reporting activities within the defined time fra.
• Provide monthly revenue forecast inputs.
• Obtain necessary governance approvals for proposals, including any pricing adjustments.
• Use the sales, customer scheduling and booking tool Odoo.
• Responsible for the accuracy of the records relating to accounts.
• Travel as necessary within territory to ensure the achievement of revenue goals and retention of clients.
• Ensure that each new account has signed a contract with appropriate terms and conditions.
Requirements:
• Mandatory requirement of sales experience in the aviation sector.
• Minimum 5 years sales or equivalent experience within the business aviation industry.
• Degree in Sales, Marketing, aviation or finance, or equivalent experience.
• Strong working knowledge of simulation products (Full Flight Simulator, Flight Training Device, Integrated Procedures Trainer, Virtual Simulator) preferred.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely
• Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements, such as using software programs and machines
• Proficiency in English Language and presentation skills
• Should have own commute arrangement.
