· Identify new business opportunities, including markets.
· Communicate with officials in various institutions and companies.
· Attracting leads and making marketing calls.
· Communicate with client directly and online.
· Understanding customer needs and identifying appropriate products and services.
· Clearly setting goals and defining measures for business development and improvement.
· Preparing and implementing strategic plans and monitoring operational changes.
· Contracting with clients and cooperating to provide appropriate services.
· Explain and illustrate products and services and provide advice to clients.
· Organize work with the Business Development Sales and Marketing management team.
· Discussing promotional strategies and activities with Marketing department
· Conducting research and providing innovative ways to develop the organizations business
· Knowing and keeping abreast of trends and changes in the world.
· Manage and service of your account or the account entrusted by the company to keep the executive director updated with all activities.
· Follow up client for receivable collection as per signed contract terms
· Be able to network and generate potential leads.
· Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to accomplish OKR’s
· Proactively engage and collaborate with management, engineering, estimation and marketing to generate sales and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
· Develop business and establish value adding relationships with client organizations and sources of business such as consultants and developers.
· Map out and connect with key decision makers and influencers within client organizations, consultants and developers.
· Regularly carry out competitive benchmarking to identify sources of advantage and disadvantage versus main competitors and recommend potential responses to management.
· Drive cost competitiveness across internal company operating segments.
· Collaborate and coordinate across contracting unit and company to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
· Regularly gather market intelligence and keep the management and team up to date on latest industry development trends.
· Prepare monthly account management report.
Available in UAE and can join immediately.
Must have 10 years’ experience in Construction & Contracting Company in Abu Dhabi
Arabic is required
