Job Description

•This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at RED Films in Abu Dhabi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, developing growth strategies, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves market research, analyzing industry trends, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives. Overseeing events, and managing a team to ensure the event meets the client's vision.
Your main responsibilities include:
•Developing quotes and proposal
•Negotiating contracts and pay rates with performers based on budget limits
•Supervising the event's marketing material, both internally and externally
•Booking venues for events to ensure adequate space and amenities
•Strategic Planning and Market Research Abilities
•Client Relationship Management and Communication skills

•Building and maintaining relationships with clients, entertainers, venues, and other corporate entities
•Ensuring event planning and entertainment stay within budget
•Managing day-to-day operations of multiple venues
•Reviewing schedules for coverage of special events, holidays, and low business volume
•Overseeing all aspects of entertainment operations, prioritizing workload, and meeting deadlines
•Monitoring and controlling labor and equipment costs
•Reviewing all disciplinary actions before issuing them to employees, payroll and comparing them to the forecast
•Prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines
•Dealing with negative situations and customers tactfully and respectfully
•Understanding audience interaction and crowd control
•Organizing storage of service equipment and creating purchase orders
•Ensuring private events are properly executed
•Following cash and receipt control policies and procedures
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage day-to-day operations of multiple venues even under high-pressure situations
•Maintaining a professional work environment, participating in meetings and training
•Maintaining confidentiality of company information
•Perform all job duties safely and other duties as assigned by management responsibly
•Establish a wide-ranging network of contacts within the industries in which artists operate.
•Utilize social media and other digital platforms to cultivate personal brands of creativity and facilitate their promotion.
