Responsibilities:
· Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
· Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs and improve sales.
· Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
· Promote the company’s produc addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
· Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
· Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
· Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
· Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
· Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
· Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
Requirements:
· Degree or MBA from a recognized and reputable institution or equivalent.
· Mid-career professional with the last 4 years being in Business Development in UAE).
· With a driving license
· Comfortable with sales and marketing duties: presenting proposals and negotiating contracts.
· Possesses great people skills with the ability to cultivate and maintain positive relationships.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Knowledge of property maintenance, property marketing, and insurance.
· Sector-specific knowledge of the Dubai real estate industry is essential.
· High degree of initiative and entrepreneurial spirit, with strong analytical skills.
· Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal capability, both internal and external.
· Demonstrated success at new business development.
· Candidate must have excellent analytical, decision-making, project management, planning and organizational skills.
