Key Responsibilities:
• Developing a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Defines the Strategy, action plan, and market approach of the Travel agency business across the hubs and provides necessary guidance and support to the regions for any locally supported Travel agencies.
• Leads the Travel Agency team and works closely with stakeholders to ensure Travel Agency revenue retention and growth in the company’s market share in line with the agreed business objectives.
• Source and develop new business opportunities, through own initiative and with the support and direction of management.
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Clients.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Promote the company’s produc addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to anticipate and eliminate problems prior to escalation.
• Strong understanding of company services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 5years experience of successful business developme in the travel and tourism Industry, UAE Preferably.
• Should have experience in signing up with new corporate clients and meeting with CXO level and making presentations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills? Self-motivated, energetic and able to achieve high results.
• Passionate customer-focused attitude and strong negotiation and rapport building skills.
• Excellent communication and Negotiation Skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business / Marketing / or any related field.
• Computer Literacy. Proficient with Windows Systems- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
