Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager & Sales professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the interior design and fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales, developing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior design and fit-out sectors.
2.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
3.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
4.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
5.Collaborate with project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
6.Monitor and report on sales performance and market conditions.
7.Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company’s services.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2.Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and sales, specifically in interior design, fit-out, or maintenance services.
3.Strong understanding of the interior design and construction industry.
4.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5.Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6.Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
