PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The Business Development Officer is responsible for providing support to the BDM to support growth strategies of the internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
•Supports the business development efforts to build the pipeline, maintain, and mine existing client database and cross-referrals across Real Estate sector /companies.
•Prepares and supports delivering presentations to potential new clients as per the direction from the BD Manager.
•Continuously follow up on running project status & new project developments.
•Understanding client needs, answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
•Assisting in drafting RFP responses to client requests for proposals.
•Handling communication for the new business agreements at corporate level.
•Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and clients.
•Assisting BD Manager to develop project feasibility studies & business plans for real estate developments & special projects.
•Analyzing project financial data and assisting in developing business proposals.
•Conducting market research to identify market needs & new business opportunities
•Support in development of project comparison model & project USP’s to support the Sales & Marketing team & identify the product target audience.
•Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, finance, accounting, marketing, or related field.
•2+ years’ experience working as a business development officer or similar role.
•Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
•The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
•Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
•Effective communication skills.
•Detail-oriented.
