Job Title: Business Development Executive - Female

Reports to: Business Development Manager / Sales Director
Summary:
As a Business Development Executive in Sales at StarGlaze Media you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the core team to develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations that meet clients' advertising needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in the advertising industry.
Generate leads through various methods including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and attending industry events.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Understand client needs and business objectives to offer tailored advertising solutions.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiation & Closing:
Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients.
Close deals and ensure the successful onboarding of new clients.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, creative, and account management) to ensure client needs are met.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of advertising projects.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the advertising industry.
Strong understanding of advertising, digital marketing, and media buying.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
