Job description
• Ensuring all Butlers under his supervision report to their daily assignments on time and are properly groomed and dressed, ensuring all Butlers have knowledge of in-suite services, technology and amenities and training Butlers
• Ensuring the smooth running of a household and servicing of principals and guests, usually supervising others but also providing service.
• Engaging and overseeing outside the guest villa, service providers and suppliers.
• Ability to attend to challenging situations with outstanding problem-solving skills to perform
• Overseeing household staff including hiring, payroll management and performance reviews
• Writing of household manuals and policy documents for owner approval.
• Staff training and development
• Maintenance of the property on a regular basis.
• Regularly interacting with principals to maintain direct communication and compliance with their needs
• Organizing of social and family events
• Caring for household’s guests and visitors
• Ensure that dining area and kitchen are kept clean always
• Serving snacks and drinks
• Serving of refreshments and meals
• Ensure that principles deliveries are done on time
• Work with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food to principals
• Inventory for silver, China, antiques and other specialist items
• Any other work as per owner requirements
