Job Description

Ensures calls are answered within predetermined timescales and are within a professional manner.
Obtains customer information by answering telephone calls and verifying information.
Handles customer complaints and enquiries.
Builds and maintains long-term customer relationships.
Ensures achieving satisfactory of customers by following up with them through telephone and e-mail.  
Compiles customer requirements based on information meetings, calls, direct e-mail responses and other sources.
Responds promptly to customer needs.
Sells products and place customer orders in the computer system
