Monitors and checks the entry and exit of employees staying in labour camp.
Ensures that employees go to their respective work location using the company transportation.
Checks on employees staying in the camp during working hours for reasons such as sickness, warnings, absenteeism without permission and informs the respective supervisors and management about the same.
Makes arrangements for new employee’s stay in the camp upon information received from housing supervisor and orients them about the rules followed.
Monitors water supply to the tank, sewage removal and cleaning of camps by Service Partner-Camp, on a daily basis.
Ensures that all employees in the labour camp adhere to the safety standards while using the kitchen for cooking purposes.
Undertakes visits to the staff accommodation on a daily basis to ensure their well-being.
Intervenes in case of any fights between employees and informs the housing supervisor and the respective supervisor at the work location about the same, to be guided regarding the action to be taken.
Monitors duty of the security guard and also conducts spot checks.
Arranges for medical assistance to staff residing in labour camp, in case of sickness and emergencies.
Prepares reports related to the camp, such as maintenance reports, room occupancy report, etc. on a monthly basis.
Conduct resign staffs exit interviews and make further resignation procedures as per detailed company policies.
Coordinates for staff’s Annual Leave, emergency leave, resignation, clearance, Leave & final settlement.
Responsible for conducting Exit Interview and give proper counseling to avoid the staff’s resignation.
Further all kind of assistance to staff residing in labour camp.
Maintain all accommodation staffs details in ERP.
Receiving new staffs and vacation staffs passport dispatching to concern.
Proper guidance to staffs for various matters in order to avoid complication and save time.
