We are actively seeking dedicated and experienced Indian and Filipino female Cashiers to join our retail team in Dubai. As a Cashier, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth cash transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities:
Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries or concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the checkout area.
Ensure pricing accuracy by verifying product prices and discounts.
Handle returns and exchanges following company policies.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer interactions.
Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and store policies.
Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as required.
Indian or Filipino nationality, with female candidates preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cashier or in a similar role in a retail environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Customer-centric mindset with a positive demeanor.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
Familiarity with ERP, POS systems and basic computer proficiency.
Knowledge of retail sales principles and practices.
Effective multitasking and prioritization abilities.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
