Responsibilities :
-Plan and execute menus in accordance with customer preferences, dietary requirements and budget constraints.
-Prepare and cook food in accordance with established recipes, menus and food safety regulations.
-Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
-Build and maintain relationships with customers to increase customer retention and loyalty.
-Oversee kitchen and delegate tasks as necessary to ensure timely completion of orders.
-Order, receive and manage inventory of food supplies and kitchen equipment.
-Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized and meets sanitation standards.
-Manage the kitchen budget and control food and labor costs.
-Stay-up-to-date with current culinary trends and innovations.
-Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a chef or similar role
-In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients
-Understanding of food safety regulations
-Ability to manage and lead a team
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Creativity and attention to detail
-Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
-Degree or diploma in culinary arts or related field is preferred-
