Job Description

 Partake in the setting of and own policies, strategies & plans for the area(s) within the scope of responsibility and assure their alignment with QIG strategic direction.
 Partake in the Development of and administer the annual business plan and associated budget in line with the approved policies, strategies & plans for the area(s) within the scope of responsibility.
Partake in the development of and oversee the implementation of the policies, procedures and controls covering all activities for the area(s) within the scope of responsibility to ensure compliance and effective implementation.
Partake in the establishment of effective dashboards of KPIs and score-cards to monitor the effectiveness of the deployed policies, strategies & plans for the area(s) within the scope of responsibility.
Ensure that the principal risks for the area(s) within the scope of responsibility, including but not limited to, environmental, operational, financial, geological, legal and regulatory risks, are identified and that appropriate systems are in place which effectively monitor and manage those risks
Administer the resources and operations at the area(s) within the scope of responsibility assuring their alignment to the overall strategy of QIG.
Assure the achievement of the set targets for the area(s) within scope of responsibility
Effectively manage relations with external stakeholders in support of the approved policies, strategies & plans for the area(s) within the scope of responsibility. 
Perform data analysis and prepare timely and accurate reports for the area(s) within the scope of responsibility
Assure the reliability of the processes, quality, and timely delivery of the services provided at the area(s) within the scope of responsibility.
Compile the annual budget for the area(s) within the scope of responsibility in accordance with the business plan, other operational activities, a statutory requirements.
Monitor and control expenditure against the approved budget throughout the fical year for the area(s) within the scope of responsibility.
Assure the effective coordination of the payment process and maintain controls in line with the applicable policies and procedures.
Lead a cross-functional teams to implement the strategies and plans for the area(s) within the scope of responsibility and achieve the intended targets.
Create a positive and supportive work environment that encourages performance excellence, and establishes result-oriented teams with common purpose, goals and shared-values for the area(s) within the scope of responsibility.
Perform any relevant additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the superior(s).

Accuracy and comprehensiveness of the ERP data inputs within the assigned area(s) of responsibility.
Timely delivery and effectiveness of the services within the scope of responsibility

Actual expenditures in line with approved budget for the area(s) within the scope of responsibility.
Achievement of quality targets.
Accuracy and comprehensiveness of information and documents for area(s) within the scope of responsibility.
Compliance with the statutory requirements for the area(s) within the scope of responsibility.
Accuracy of all prepared reports within the assigned area(s) of responsibility.
