Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual budget reports
Maintaining accurate and up to date records of all financial transactions
Reconciliation of bank statements
Cooperation with external auditors to carry out annual external auditing
Day-to-day operation of the accounting
Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected, and compiled
Handle VAT returns
Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to the CEO while recommending further courses of action.
Maintain the financial health of the organization.
Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the budgets and business plan.
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
Detect and address potential compliance issues proactively
Maintain constant communication with the FTA, government agencies, and our clients
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance
· ACCA, CMA or CPA
· Minimum 5 years’ experience
· Expertise working with Quickbooks and financial statements
· Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details
· Exceptional organizational skills and aptitude for numbers
