Drive the company's financial planning and spreadhead the Accounting and Finance function.
Involvement in the financial performance and objectives for the business.
Provide financial and strategic insights on the growth plans of the organization.
Manage the implementation of systems and automate processes.
Develop budgeting reports, forecasting and analysis.
Manage and review the month-end closing activities.
Oversee the cash management life-cycle for the business.
Handle investment activities, due diligence,risk,and analysis for decision making.
Involvement in process improvement and implement policies and processes.
Manage team of financial controllers and financial analysts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as CFO and over 15 years of experience.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
In depth knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)
Excellent communication and people skills.
An analytical mind. comfortable with numbers.
Must have completed CA.
CPA is a strong advantage.
