Job Purpose:
The candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, planning, financial analysis, financial reporting, improving solvency, providing necessary financing and liquidity, auditing company accounts, compliance, banking relationships and ensuring that international and local accounting standards are applied. They will collaborate with the CEO and executive team to make decisions regarding the company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a solid background in finance and management.
Responsibilities:
• Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO.
• Support the financial planning and analysis efforts.
• Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits.
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions.
• Manage relationships with banks
• Ensure that all international and local accounting standards, VAT and Zakat and Income Tax regulations are applied.
• To ensure the interest of the company and rationalize the costs and control of all payments and the payment of suppliers and timing.
• Supervising the collection of the revenues achieved in favor of the company from its various sources and ensuring the receipt and supply of the accounts approved with the banks first.
• Coordinating with the external auditors and facilitating their task in order to audit and prepare the general budget of the company and subsidiaries.
Qualifications:
• Strong finance-based analytical skills.
• 10+ years of finance management experience.
• Qualified university in the field The Finance / Accounting.
• financial management preferably has a professional certification in the field of financial management (CMA, CPA, ...etc.)
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
